Is there a long-term cotract?
LEADS.com requires a minimum three-month commitment to start your online advertisement campaign.
What information do I need to provide?
For an Online Yellow Pages Network listing, your account representative will ask you for the following:
Your company name and phone number (required)
Your company tagline or short promotional message (required)
Your company street address (recommended in most cases)
Your geographical service area (required)
Your company URL (recommended)
Your company logo (recommended)
A photo or image representing the products or services your company provides (recommended)
Brands and/or products and services offered (recommended)
3 to 4 short sentences of promotional information describing what makes your business the best choice for customers and other relevant information, such as hours of operation, special offers, associations, company background, etc.
For a Pay Per Click Search Network ad, your account representative will ask you for your website address and geographic area your business services.
Do I need a website?
A website is not required to sign up for an Online Yellow Pages listing. However, a website is required for a Pay Per Click Search ad.
How long does it take for my program to go live?
Once your account is activated, it typically takes five business days for both Online Yellow Pages Network listings and Pay Per Click Search Network ads to go live.
Your Online Yellow Pages Network listing will appear on Yahoo! Yellow Pages, and if you choose to broaden the audience you reach, it will appear on other websites such as Switchboard.com and YellowPages.com. For Yahoo! Yellow Pages and Switchboard.com, position is generally determined on a first-come, first-served basis. How am I protected against click fraud?

LEADS.com takes click fraud very seriously and takes every step to protect our members. When you receive traffic from an unauthorized source, your account is automatically credited with those invalid clicks. In addition, if anyone clicks on your ad more than once in the same 24 hour period, your account is debited only for the first click. In order to further safeguard your account, LEADS.com only runs your advertisements on the most trusted search networks including Google™, Yahoo!™, AOL™, and Verizon™, who also have built-in click fraud detection and prevention systems.
How is my Pay Per Click Search Network ad's position determined?
Your ad's placement is determined by search engine algorithms, or programs, which "crawl" and analyze your website after it has been submitted to ensure selection of the most appropriate placement, or ranking. This results in the most relevant experience when someone is searching for your particular products and services. Also, your ad's click-through-rate helps to determine your ad "performance". High performing ads appear higher than low performing ads.

What is LEADS.com's billing policy?
